What happened to rollerblading?
If you were born in the 80s and before you probably remember rollerblades. It’s such a shame they simply vanished and now you can rarely see anyone using them.
Before, during the 80s and 90s you couldn’t go outside without seeing a boy or a girl rollerblading.
This sport was so popular that people even organized and hosted races in order to see who was the best and had the best style.
Now the situation is completely different. Not only we cannot see people using rollerblades, but we cannot see any more skateboarders, runners and other former popular sports.
Some people still have high hopes when it comes to rollerblading because in spring and summer you can often find people who want to buy new rollerblades. Then when fall or winter arrive that hope is completely gone, because people decide they want to do another sport.
Today we have kids who were not even born when this sport was popular, so that’s why you cannot find fans of this sport among younger population. We are glad to hear that some u people still love doing that and are not ashamed to admit it.
They found rollerblading amusing and fun, and at the same time it is a great exercise for your legs and shape in general and you are going faster and further.
We definitely suggest you to go back to this sport, because rollerblades are not expensive, so you can afford them.
They are portable so you can take them with you wherever you go. And what is also very important is that you can have full-body, cardiovascular workout.
